Rising To Africa's Public Sector Challenge
Execution
Public leaders have great ideas about how to solve the myriad social issues that impact their citizens’ livelihoods. It is time to focus on execution.
Innovation
Many well-intentioned policies are often based on ‘existing practices’. Africa’s leaders need to move outside the prescribed box, and re-imagine novel solutions the continent needs to accelerate growth.
Speed
African governments must execute at a faster speed to confront the looming crises on the horizon.
Leverage technology and product management practices in the design, development and delivery of government projects and services.
Grow as leaders of themselves, their teams and the cultures and systems within which they operate and must execute.
Use data to guide decisions across all phases of implementation.
